We are 100% Canadian owned and operated and WSG Inc. is a Green Cleaning company. We are not a franchise and we do not sell cleaning contracts.
We are presently cleaning and disinfecting dozens of buildings and offices and hundreds of thousands of square feet every night or day of the week as well as hundreds of vehicles from transit companies to commercial vehicles (including trucks, courier vans, Uber and taxi’s vehicles) and most important to personal use. This ranges from small once-a-week offices with just a few staff members to large clients with hundreds of staff.
We cater to an extensive range of customers, from large transit corporations and ride sharing companies, courier service companies with large fleets of commercial vehicles, reputable corporations with large offices, as well as residential customers. Offering a 24/7 service, our goal is to please all our customers.

Supervision is the key to our success! Customers will regularly see our quality control personnel inspecting the cleanliness of their premises. Our supervisors visit the cleaning staff on-site while services are being performed to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Our Customer Satisfaction Team members are equipped with smart devices, and every inspection or customer interaction is logged into our Customer Relationship Management software and a service ticket is created. This ticket is then rated as to the severity of the issue and assigned to an appropriate person for action. Our customers can watch in real time the work that is being performed and/or get a full comprehensive report when the work is finished.
Every step taken will be logged to this ticket and tickets are only resolved once all parties are satisfied with the resolution. These tickets then become a permanent part of the client’s record. This ensures the client that any issue, be it service related, billing related etc. will be followed through to complete satisfaction.
